On my last day I woke up at 5:15 a.m. In the System. I went on the truck with Huub. We had to bring cask to Venlo. We had to unload at Euro Pool System. After that we went to the auction ZON, where they sell fruit and vegetables. We loaded 7 pallets of paprikas, and we went on to Asten-Heusden, where we loaded 11 pallets of tomatoes. After loading there we went to Deurne, where we loaded the last pallet with onions. At 11:00 a.m. we went back to Eindhoven.
When we got back, I looked for Twan, who is a worker in the warehouse. He showed me how the pick orders and unload docks, and after that he put me to work. I had to stick stickers on boxes of tomatoes and aubergines. This went on until the end of the day.
This day was the last day of my internship. I really enjoyed it at Scherpenhuizen, and I learned a lot about how things work in a international company like Scherpenhuizen. I had a great time!
